Hello! My name is John Nguyen and I am currently a senior at the University of Washington. I was born and raised in Seattle.
My main interests lie in electric vehicles, consumer electronics, robotics, and space exploration.
Outside of my academic and extracurricular work, my hobbies include playing tennis, going to the gym, hiking, and cooking.

I strive to use my passion for engineering to improve the lives of others, whether it is to make technology more accessible or designing a better way to do things.
Growing up, my father worked as a contractor. From my earliest memories, I distinctly remember helping him build things around the house. As a kid whose parents couldn’t afford many toys, I often resorted to making my own. This was where my interest in engineering started.
